ROCKVILLE – Montgomery County Parks have started a pilot bow hunting program this year to manage the deer population in two of their parks. Longtime resident Eilene Cohhn and others in the area have raised a protest against the hunts, reaching out to PETA and seeking legal relief in an attempt to halt the new program.
